He thus sanctified all aspects of the human experience, including family life, because He was born into a family.
In their life together, the Blessed Mother Mary, St. Joseph, and Jesus Christ showed what it means to live family life devoted to God's purposes for us.
It's just like Hannah devoted her son Samuel to God in thanksgiving that He brought her such favor.
So Jesus showed His devotion to His Heavenly Father by spending time in the Temple, even when His parents lost track of Him and were bewildered when they found Him there after days of searching.
Jesus then went back home with His parents to demonstrate obedience, and He grew in favor and wisdom. In it all, Mary had so much to ponder in her heart.
Indeed, God has entered into our humanity to lead us to Heaven and so show us how to grow in virtues that make God known in the world so we could experience Heaven now.
